One of my tips for people aspiring to be a leader is about recognizing the value of your network. So it's not just about thinking what you can do for somebody, what they can do for you, but recognizing that public sector is actually quite a small world and that as you've been in it a long time, you know, the people are the same. It kind of, you know, it does grow and develop and change over time, but many of us have been working together for very long time. And so to use that, so to recognise it firstly that every relationship is possibly going to last for a long time and think of it in that. That way, um, but also to think about that as a way to opportunity to mutually grow and develop. I guess I think it's one of my sort of tips to people and then to think about, you know, being a mentor or coach. I think it's really important because that's my other tip to, to sparring leaders is to think about how your network can have key people within it that you can model that you can use to for mentoring or even formal coaching and help you growing yourself. Awareness, looking at how others achieve things really well. And I really like to look at somebody's got a great skill like public speaking or presenting or doing things that I find difficult, sort of modeling them and learning from them is a really great way of building that. So my tip to aspiring leaders is to think about that. And for leaders, the call to action would be to think about, well, how can you give a bit more of yourself to your networks and particularly as you say, the talent that's coming up as future leaders.
