The Center for Health Justice is hiring! We're looking for: Deeply Rooted Community Engagement Coordinator: Deeply Rooted is our community-academic collaborative that partners with communities in West & Southwest Philadelphia to leverage the healing power of nature to improve health. The CEC will serve as a connection point for residents within the Deeply Rooted Collaborative network, including resident engagement through programming, educational materials, and youth engagement. https://lnkd.in/eYWXdeQz Director of Health Justice Transformation: HJT is our new portfolio focused on improving health systems operations to advance equitable health outcomes.
