I am hiring for a very unique and exciting part-time role. I don't know what to call the position because this person will be involved in many different aspects of our business. My first thought is that the position is an executive assistant because they will be helping me with a lot of miscellaneous tasks and projects that currently take a bunch of my time. My next thought is that it isn't really an executive assistant because they are tasks and projects that I am currently working on but ultimately will be the responsibility of either an event coordinator or salesperson. Here is a list of some of the responsibilities/tasks that this person would be assigned to handle: - Golf Tournament Planning (booking courses, coordinating with food coordinator, managing sponsors, etc.) - Help with the sales pipeline when our main salesperson is overwhelmed with too much work - Help with developing an existing automation system and find areas that need to be improved or are not functioning correctly - Research and create lists of builders that would be a great fit for our sales team to reach out to What do you think this type of position would be called? I have never had or worked with an executive assistant, so I don't know what that looks like. You will notice that I said this would be a part-time position. This is because I do not think that there would be more than 20 hours of work/week right now, but I could definitely see that growing over time.
