🌿 Pobl Gets Green Light for Ambitious Retrofit at Sunny Hill 🌿 We're thrilled to share that planning approval has been granted for our £2.5M Optimised Retrofit Programme at Sunny Hill in Llanelli! This transformative project, partly funded by the Welsh Government’s Optimised Retrofit Programme, will help reduce carbon emissions and lower fuel bills for Pobl's residents through energy efficiency upgrades like external wall insulation, replacement windows, and PV panels with battery storage. Patrick Stone, Asset Manager at Pobl, adds: “Making our homes greener is vital to addressing both climate change and fuel affordability.
