Expert Executive- Sales @Haleon | Ex- Reckitt | Ex- Nestle | Market Expansion | Driving Growth in Consumer Healthcare | Woman In Sales | In My Growing20s
Does it count as growth if I perfect each time on making round dosa for my breakfast as a corporate girl who lives alone? It does, to me, yes it definitely does. Everyone's loud about new job roles, new responsibilities at workplace, new team, new work desks, new city, office outfits and everything nicer the job role offers. What as well changes is the comfort of the house where one lives with the family when offered a job in a new city. Everything has a day-1 and my day-1 to my day-perfect at making a round Dosa has been a journey where I've eaten undercooked dosa, burnt dosa, deformed dosa rather than Butter Dosa, Masala Dosa, Rawa Dosa etc That's when I understood taking up a new job role comes with other roles at home as you live alone. It is never 'all movies night'. Somedays it is contemplating Fridays, laundry Saturdays, cleaning Sundays. This side of growing is the win no one talks about. Cooking is a basic non-gender specific responsibility and refining it each day is also the kind of win one should celebrate and feel proud about. #corporatediaries #growing20s #newjob #newrole #newresponsibilities

Owner and Lead Instructor at Ford K9 LLC NV. PILB #2914 (Schools, Seminars, Research and Consulting) Host of K9s Talking Scents Podcast
This video features a thoughtful discussion between Cameron Ford, Michael Ellis, and Natalie Morris on the two predominant methods for teaching dogs detection work: pairing and delayed conditioning. Although scientific data supports delayed conditioning—a technique I've frequently used for years and can attest to its effectiveness—I recognize from nearly three decades of experience that not every method suits every dog. This is the core of our conversation, which we're excited to share with you. The video is 30 minutes long, and while today's attention spans may average around 30 seconds, we hope many of you will find it engaging. As trainers, it's essential to continually refine our abilities to train both dogs and their handlers. This often involves reevaluating our methods and engaging in discussions with colleagues who may have different insights. Such open exchanges ensure we remain committed to the principle of "what is best for the dog." We hope you enjoy our discussion. Pros and Cons of Pairing and Delayed Conditioning in Detection and Nosework Dogs [Watch the video here](https://lnkd.in/g6Qk3uBG)

When you forget that you've sent someone a hoodie...and he appears in your scroll wearing a ComplexHR hoodie in what looks like a catalogue shoot. 😳 I've stood down now that i've read the post and remembered we sent him one 😂. And he's given us some lovely feedback too. Bonus. #branding #simonpmarshall #complexhr #businessowners #marketing

Today’s dog walk is sponsored by ComplexHR. Which means that either Helen or Helen has sent me a hoodie the post. I think we all know which one it was. They’ve advised on a few bits and I know that Jemma Crutchlow-Porter rates them - which means I do. Thanks for the fond memory of Monty’s first visit to a pond.
