Avoid using all bullet points on your resume. It becomes easy for your accomplishments to blend in with your everyday job duties. Employers aren’t going to weed through the information to get to what matters. They are going to move on to the next candidate. Your resume is a representation of your background. Make sure you’re selling yourself properly if you want to get ahead. The job market is crazy enough. You don’t want your resume holding you back when it doesn’t have to.

It not about your resume. Your resume is the gateway to your communication. It doesn’t matter whether you believe it or not. It’s the truth. And speaking is the ultimate aggregation of your career. - Your performance - Your roles - Your accolades - Your promotions - Your confidence - Your opportunities I can learn a lot more about a person’s career by speaking to them than I can from looking at a paper resume. If your communication doesn’t tell your story and doesn’t showcase everything you want a prospective employer to know about you… You’d better get started. It’s not about your resume.

Landing you jobs through Effective Applications (without chanting the "I'm a team player" mantra everyone uses).
I've observed that most people focus on just listing responsibilities on their resume. But this approach is often ineffective. Why is that? Simply put, it’s because listing responsibilities doesn’t showcase your true impact or achievements. Employers want to see results, not just duties. So, my advice is to highlight specific accomplishments and metrics. Show how you made a difference, not just what you were supposed to do. Only then will your resume truly stand out. Tell me: Is your resume focused on showcasing your achievements?
