Thank you so much ET HR team for the opportunity to moderate this discussion. It was a rich conversation and I got to interact with and hear from two seasoned leaders Vijay Karkare and Aditya Mishra. We spoke about Human capital as the most valuable part of organizations. Some highlights of the conversation included- -Following the 3 C’s model to help harness our talent by building right Competencies, help talent navigate Complexities ( org, client, ext environment) and build a winning Culture. -Transformational shifts organisations are making in their talent model. Like making bets on entrepreneurs, institution builders, agile leaders and domain experts. - a critical part of bringing in new leaders and making them successful is the experience and guidance they undergo pre-joining and the first 100 days post joining. We closed the discussion with basic challenges and roadblocks that still exist across organizations that prevent us from maximising our talent potential. Overall a great conversation !! #incedo #CHRO’s #HRleaders #ITes #digitaltranaformation #DataandAI #ETedge

“Great vision without great people is irrelevant.”~ Jim Collins It was an incredible experience for the students of SASHAKT- RDIAS HR CLUB of Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies to engage in a thought-provoking CHRO interview with Subir Roy Chowdhury, CHRO at Stashfin on April 13, 2024. Highlights of the Interaction: 1. Balancing Pedigree and Attitude: While educational background and credentials are important for initial selection, once within the organization, attitude, work ethic, and performance become paramount. Individuals from diverse educational backgrounds can excel and contribute significantly given the right attitude and work ethic. 2. Anticipate and Mitigate Risks: HR professionals should proactively anticipate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This involves understanding industry-specific risks, such as economic downturns or crises like the COVID-19 pandemic, and implementing policies and initiatives to address them. 3. Embrace Technological Advancements: In today's world, HR professionals must stay updated with the latest technological advancements. This includes understanding data analytics, AI, machine learning, and automation tools that can enhance HR processes and decision-making. 4. Use AI as an Enabler, Not a Replacement: While AI can streamline processes and enhance productivity, it is essential to recognize that it is an enabler, not a replacement for human judgment and decision-making. HR professionals should leverage AI to augment their capabilities and make informed decisions, rather than relying solely on automated solutions. A huge thank you to Subir Roy Chowdhury sir for generously sharing his insights and experiences with us. Your wisdom and guidance are shaping "tomorrow's leaders.” Aarti Sehgal Dutta Pushpa Prajapati #RDIAS #AzadikaAmritMahotsav #75YearsofIndependence #MBA #BBA #G20
