In talent acquisition its about human relationships, that will not change. What does change is how are we getting to the people to build those relationships. The TA professionals I know have embraced that and taken it to a whole different level. That is why as an industry we have to embrace the new tech, it will get us to the people quicker and more efficiently. I know I say this frequently and I probably won't stop. I want to keep saying it differently to try and communicate in different words to reach more people. Use tech to see the person and you will succeed
