Incredible day yesterday at the NICE Interactions CX World Tour event representing both Leaders IT and Peoplebank with Amrinder Dhaliwal! Fireside chats from leaders at Optus, Great Southern Bank, 2degrees, and RAC WA provided us with their own insights on customer experience and innovation, as well as showcasing how these companies are leveraging NICE products and features to enhance both the customer and agent experiences in their call centers.
