3 things at Artha Realty LLC that make me super proud. 1- The culture: Our team genuinely enjoys working together. People across all levels bond well together. Everyone has a helpful attitude. It’s not something I see in many organizations. 🔄 Making a big change wasn't easy, but it was necessary. For me, that meant leaving my job to start my own estate agency. It was all about managing my time and money better. 🕒💷 🛠️ The transition was tough but following specific steps simplified it. Yes, there were hard times, especially in the first 4-6 months with a tight budget. But persistence paid off. 💪 📈 From there, I built my team, growing to three or four agents and two admin staff. And then, a major milestone: taking over the Keller Williams market center in Scotland this January. It's been a journey of constant growth. This got me thinking about the trap of comparison, especially in the real estate world. In this industry, it's so easy to look at someone else's success and feel like we're not measuring up. Maybe their listings always seem to sell faster, or their client base is larger. But here's the thing... comparison is the thief of joy and creativity. Just like the crayon and the pencil, each of us brings something unique to the table. I've learned that the only comparison worth making is with the person I was yesterday. Focusing on personal and business growth, rather than how we stack up against others, opens up a world of wonders. It's not about being the best out there; it's about being the best version of ourselves. Imagine the creative solutions we could come up with if we weren't bogged down by comparison to others! Think of the genuine connections we'd make if we approached each interaction with the belief that we have our unique value to offer, just as we are.
