What happens for you when you think of others being above you in business? If there’s tension or an opinion you may experience from this thought - that’s ego. Recognising this is the first step, which requires vulnerability and honesty. Majority of people would not even go here… It is easier to try defend, validate opinions and aim to be right - that’s ego. A few things I learnt about Civic leadership is that its not for the short tempered and impatient people.
