THEY ARE HOME!!! The girls are home safe as of last night!!!!! Prayers work, and so do villages and tribes! You all are amazing. I know it's because of all the prayers that we are able to smile and relax. I am so appreciative for everything, everyone did to bring them home. This was indeed a collective effort. My deepest gratitude and thanks to you all!!! I can smile again! Peace & Blessings, Never give up, always have faith, and never doubt the prayer of a social media family!!! ~Pamela Please share!! We need your help! It's been 4 days and 3 nights since my granddaughter Niomii and her best friend left home. They are missing!!! My 15 year old granddaughter is missing. I'm asking for all the prayer warriors to pray for her safety and her safe return home. My son is and has been out in DC everyday and night looking for her. Please help, if you see two young girls walking around DC, please call 911. They don't have experience in these streets! Please call 911. We need both girls home. Niomii, if you see this, know that you are loved and we just want you home. #help #girlz #safereturn #missing #pleasehelp

This image will always give me chills. What about you? It’s what we call an iconic image. An iconic image often has global or political implications. They affect our emotions because we immediately recognize something powerful or historic in the image. Think of pictures like those marking a day in history, worldwide events, or famous people. Iconic photos don’t have to be of recognizable subjects, though. There are iconic wedding photos, event shots, and even family portraits. What makes it iconic is that it evokes powerful feelings from its intended audience. Photographers are always hoping to capture something iconic. We keep our heads on a swivel so that we are constantly aware of our surroundings, the people and other subjects, the mood, the lighting, and all the other elements that contribute to our photos. We are constantly calculating and watching for everything to align perfectly in our lens. This is generally called “composition.” The way we compose a photo has to become instinctive for a photographer. We can only learn to do it through time and experience, and of course, a lot of trial and error. We notice where things will be in the frame. We can tell the difference between two nearly identical facial expressions. We see how a background will impact the foreground. And we have an eye on more details at once than anyone can imagine. When we nail it, it’s amazing. You can tell you’re looking at an iconic photo if you just can’t pull your eyes away from it, or if you feel an emotional reaction to it. Every once in a while, this type of photo happens spontaneously. But most of the time, it happens because a hard-working photographer applied their years of experience to make it work. What’s your most iconic photo?

CEO & Founder of the Authentic Leaders Institute, creating authentic leaders capable of leading us forward
How far would you go to save your child. What would you do to help them live a life free from pain and the trauma of armed conflict. How hard would you demand they have the right support to try and live a normal life following the horror of the Zionist regime’s unabated terror that has created over a thousand limbless children, so far. Tactical pauses to allow aid in is not required, only full unhindered access with all of the support needed to help the children and injured. No games, no restrictions, all must have the highest standard of care available, for every second of their pain is our pain too. The continued use of arms to create the injured and the restriction of treatment for those suffering are both crimes against humanity, of that there can be no doubt or justification. How many must suffer before we take action against the perpetrators and their insanity that takes so much from our children. What is the price that must be paid by humanity before we truly intervene. One was enough for me, wherever this horrific failure of humanity occurs in our world today, none should pay for the insanity of others. Our family bleeds and suffers because we cannot halt ourselves, a corrupted society fed by the greedy and selfish. A society where your worth is measured in money, not value. A path towards self destruction driven by the insanity of individualism over our collective responsibility. How many must now limp or struggle to hold through this madness before we act to save ourselves from the reality we already know to be true. One fragile world, one shared existence, one family. When is enough for you. #notinmyname #gaza #palestine #breakthesiege #eyesonusall
