You damaged my vehicle, and failed to take responsibility. Imagine what I am going through with a cracked windshield and a vehicle that shakes violently. Now I have to find and pay the repair, and I have to find another vendor to balance my tires. I have to rent cars, find rides to drop off and pickup vehicles. It is further insulting that you will not refund the original tire installation cost. I am 55 years old and have never encountered such poor service or been victimized by a service provider.
You really should find somewhere else to work: This letter is written in response to your claim that was filed at Store #0343. Upon receipt of your claim, we have conducted a thorough investigation into this matter and the following is Pep Boys’ evaluation and position regarding your claim. The damage to your vehicle and subsequent loss is unfortunate, and we do sympathize. However, there is no evidence of any negligence on the part of Pep Boys or any of its employees with regards to the damage. As a valued customer we regret your loss. However, we can only pay those claims that we are legally responsible for. Kind Regards, Ty Freeman Claim Professional (484) 998-8429 Ty_Freeman@Pepboys.com Pep Boys Risk Management
Heather, Pep Boys is an organization that does not stand by their workmanship. The Riverview store and properly installed a water pump on my vehicle and that caused catastrophic overheating of the engine. Then they denied the work was done although I have the evidence that it was and they did it wrong, and that they took it on a 4 mile test drive to burnt up the engine.working for a company that does not care about the customers that TRUST and their voted. Do you think Wright is not a good thing
Congratulations Heather and well deserved!! You were outstanding when you were with Cencora and Pep Boys is certainly lucky to have you on their team!
Welcome to Pep Boys!
I keep getting the same runaround. Scott Borman will not return my calls, he is denying a claim when I have obvious evidence that you damaged my vehicle. Customer service says this is typical, they do not want to speak to me directly.
Welcome to the Team
We are extremely grateful to have Heather as a part of our team!!
Congrats Heather! What an iconic company to be a part of! Pep Boys has been my go to automotive place over the years.
Automotive Technicia
8moPep Boys loyalty lies in the self marketing of it's higher management. Nearly ever day PepBoys is promoting a VP or Marketing Director. I was just a technician getting mt ass railed at 18$/hr (salary) and nearly every single job i did was SOLD and 60% through the job was UNSOLD.. I got fucked so much in my 4-5 month time there I would rather spend all my spare time shitting on how bad this company really is. I have never worked with management that was so Self promoting of themselve because they did a thing 20 years ago. OR 25yrs ago they too where a "technician" .. I mean a mechanic.. and they are living in the pass. Nothing more than a Cuck for a corporation that can barely keep the doors open and have a turn over rate of something like 2-4 "technicians" every 3-5 months.
