What does Gareth Southgate and Implicit have in common (it's not a joke)... Like anyone else we've enjoyed getting behind England at the Euros over the last few weeks, but the news that Gareth is leaving England today isn't a huge surprise. Great thoughts, such an interesting topic. I believe leadership maybe nature but effective leadership is ultimately a behaviour that you need to invest in. Having the ability to understand the needs of others, what motivates them, what scares them and using that to influence your leadership decisions will help drive their success.
