I have another overwhelming experience to share with you, recently I did the Red Bull On-Premise Sales Job Simulation on Forage My greed for learning everything to achieve my Career Goal made me come across this course. It was a wonderful experience to learn how Red Bull manages all its sales and clients. It gave me an idea about how things are to be done when you work with a big company. During this virtual experience, I was assigned two tasks and these tasks were to be completed in a given amount of time. These tasks were specifically designed for beginner and intermediate levels. 🚀 Here's a short glimpse into all the tasks: 1. Analyze data about accounts to identify key trends and opportunities for sales growth and communicate your insights. 2. Respond to objections raised during the sales process to help close the sale. 📒 Summary: Learned about the difference between on-premise and off-premise accounts and what the key skills are of an on-premise sales specialist. Meet Shelly Joseph-Dixon, a Customer Success Manager here at Remofirst! “Can you share a unique cultural experience or insight you've gained from interacting with our global clientele?” Working with clients in different countries who are hiring in other countries on the opposite side of the world can be a challenge of cultural differences. Being the middle person who manages this process allows me to constantly learn about different countries, laws, cultural expectations and generally be a part of bringing 2 different cultures together to work with understanding of the country laws and expectations. "What's the most rewarding part of your job? What drives you to give your best every day?" The best part of my job is sending the email to say to the employee "You are officially hired" and to the client that says the process for onboarding is now over and the employee will be starting on X day. Knowing that I have helped someone have legal employment across the world is very rewarding and makes me feel like I have made a difference.

We've had as many hires made on Pangea in April as in all of March (and it's only the 15th!) - Here's how: 1. Focus on a specific job function: Marketing + Design We stopped trying to chase every "deal" and started focusing on the types of engagements that had been successful for us. 2. A sales-assisted path for client onboarding I used to be huge "PLG" guy - I felt that adding any human touch during onboarding turned us into a service instead of a platform. Who cares. Do things that don't scale. We hashed out a 3 step pipeline for new clients and it's been game-changing. One said to me today "This was the easiest process of all time" 3. Quality > Quantity This goes for both sides of the "marketplace" - high-quality companies attract high-quality talent and vice versa. We've been focusing on bigger-ticket engagements ($3k+ a month) instead of $300/month when we were focused on college. ---- And March was 2x February... (chart of newly *accepted* contracts on Pangea MoM) - and yeah, we almost died in Jan
