Hey connections!!🙋♂️📈 I have another overwhelming experience to share with you, recentlyI did the Red Bull On-Premise Sales Job Simulation on Forage My greed for learning everything to achieve my Career Goal made me come across this course. It was a wonderful experience to learn how Red Bull manages all its sales and clients. It gave me an idea about how things are to be done when you work witha big company. During this virtual experience, I was assigned two tasks and these tasks were to be completed in a given amount of time. These tasks were specifically designed for beginner and intermediate levels. 🚀Here's a short glimpse into all the tasks: 1. Analyze data about accounts to identify key trends and opportunities for sales growth and communicate your insights. 2. Respond to objections raised during the sales process to help close the sale. Summary: Learned about the difference between on-premise and off-premise accounts and what the key skills are of an on-premise sales specialist. Also learned about how objection handling is done, thus improving one's communication skills. #contributing #softwareengineering #redbull #github #techcommunity #forage #virtualexperience

**Rome Was Not Built in a Day - Building a Strong Sales Foundation** In sales, it’s easy to get discouraged when things don’t happen immediately. But remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a successful sales career or strategy. Each conversation, each follow-up, and each piece of feedback is a brick in the foundation of your success. 🏛️ Here are some steps to build your “Rome” in sales: 1. **Set Clear Goals:** Know what you want to achieve and outline the steps to get there. 2. **Focus on Quality:** Prioritize quality interactions over quantity. 3. **Adapt and Evolve:** Be open to changing your approach based on what works best. 4. **Be Resilient:** Rejections are part of the process. Learn from them and keep moving forward. Building something great takes time, effort, and perseverance. Stay committed to your journey, and watch as your hard work pays off. 🚀 #SalesJourney #LongTermSuccess #RomeWasNotBuiltInADay

Get to Know Our Employees! Karol Grodzicki has been a Software Architect at Speeron for 4 years since April 2020. What is the best thing about working at Speeron? I love the fact that our development team is self-managed and everything we work on has a quick and direct impact on our customers. Do you have any hobbies or other interests? I dance to house and hip-hop. In my free time, I also enjoy hiking and sailing. How do you describe the company's culture and values? Our most important values are good relations and autonomy in bringing value to the company. Our development team can decide on its own, how we want to bring value to the company and its customers. How do you balance work and your personal life? I can work from the office, home, or any place I want, and I can adjust my work time to my needs. How do you learn and grow in your role? Thanks to the conference budget, I can learn new skills useful in my job, and thanks to the self-management of the whole development team, we can learn to apply them in practice. How do you collaborate with colleagues and managers? We share a virtual room and meet for integration regularly. This way, communication within our team is smooth and similar to the one we would have in the office. Any advice you would give to someone who wants to join the team? Be ready for the autonomy and responsibility that come with self-management instead of traditional hierarchies.
