According to an article in the October issue of Nurse Leader, Megan Matson, DNP, RN, an assistant nursing director at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and AONL’s 2023 Pamela Austin Thompson Early Careerist Award Winner found a new way to implement simulations in nursing.
