According to them, "...today's consumers, far from systematically narrowing down choices, embark on a dynamic and iterative journey encompassing 4 stages—consider, evaluate, buy, and enjoy, advocate, and bond. So, what does this have to do with #founders and their product or service offerings? Ponder on it for a minute-how will a brand survive or sustain over the long term, if those who consume it, don't in turn become #brandevamgelists? Brands are a set of expectations that customers buy into, so when a brand fails to deliver on those expectations — It can be a major letdown. And once you lose trust, it's a steep climb to win it back. So, my advice to brands? You've got to keep your word. You have to meet or beat the expectations you set.
