Hiring Managers… Please let go of your hard and fast “experience with” requirements when looking for Business Analyst talent. Good BAs understand how to learn software, both technically and functionally. Some can even do this in very short order due to their ability and experience learning other systems. Your “x years experience with” requirement, doled out to your recruitment agencies, prevent conversations with seriously capable talent. Rethink what you’re asking your recruiters to find. That “unicorn” likely doesn’t exist, or, comes with a price tag you’re not willing to pay.
