Lindab aquires French ventilation wholesaler Acomat. Lindab supplements its operations in France and acquires the ventilation wholesaler Acomat International. The acquisition gives Lindab a stronger position on the French market and access to new customer segments. “With the acquisition of Acomat, we gain access to new customer segments such as manufacturers in the ventilation industry and distributors that are not only focused on ventilation”, says Ola Ringdahl, President and CEO of Lindab. “There are also opportunities for synergies with Lindab's existing business.
