Earlier this week, Will Hickey (Co-CEO) and Guy Oliphint (CFO) discussed Permian Resources’ updated return of capital program at the Barclays Energy-Power Conference. As part of the announcement, PR increased its quarterly base dividend by 150%, which provides a leading base dividend yield amongst U.S. independent E&Ps. Permian Resources is excited to announce that we are adding onto our core operating areas in Texas and New Mexico with a recent bolt-on acquisition of $818 million. This agreement is to purchase ~29,500 net acres, ~9,900 net royalty acres and ~15,000 Boe/d predominantly located directly offset our existing position in Reeves County, Texas. 

We celebrated #nationalinternday with a trip to the ballpark. These hard working interns are nearing the end of their summer with us and are hard at work on their final project presentations.
