Here are some of the key #insights from our recent HR community event with nilo.health on building resilient teams and preventing burnout: ✨ Take a holistic approach to mental health: Mental health should be deeply embedded in a company’s culture. Creating an environment where employees feel comfortable addressing challenges early, enabling effective collaboration between employees and managers, is key. ✨ Prioritize mental health beyond benefits: Mental health isn’t just a perk. It requires broad support across departments — from managers to the board. Internal champions can help promote an open and supportive approach, ensuring mental health receives the importance it deserves. ✨ Invest wisely in mental health initiatives: Investing in mental health initiatives can significantly boost engagement, innovation, and performance. The cost investment is minimal compared to its benefits (and compared to other HR expenses). A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in Munich, our fantastic panelists Kerstin Rothermel, Michael Becher, and Katharina Koch, PhD, and of course, our amazing partner nilo.health. What other points would you add to the list above? 💫

It was great how our different perspectives came together and refined the way mental health and well-being can and should be implemented and how to position them in the organizational context. Personio and nilo.health thank you for having me, and thank you to the other panelists Katharina Koch, PhD Michael Becher and the interested and engaged attendees!
