A fresh new look and identity has launched for us! Every business goes through seasons and developmental milestones. Ours have included the expansion into most areas of marketing and advertising, offering a full service approach with our great team of dedicated creatives and marketers. We’re also stoked to have a little bit of fun with our new identity, which really reflects the way we like to keep our relationships strong, not too serious, but still very focused on kicking butt. Shoutout to Paul Hanna who led the charge on it 👌 We’ve dropped the word ‘digital’ from our identity, because what we do is so much more. That said, a humongous part of what we do is digitally-led, highly targeted, data driven and always on the cusp of what’s new. You then roll it out via an enhanced new website experience, and film content that speaks to these very strengths. It may come as a surprise to you that you’re throwing money away in your marketing campaigns. It’s ok… because it’s required to ‘waste’ some money to find the pots of gold… That said, most companies that do in-house marketing fail to regularly analyse their own campaigns to manually find these inefficiencies. It’s not a small thing either… it could be up to about 70% of your budget that’s going into campaigns that is vaporising into digital thin air. If you’re trying to go after new sales with strength or with a lighter-touch ‘always on’ approach, it could be the difference of 10s of thousands to your back pocket in how much money is not being used effectively. I share this because just yesterday we found 75% of a #campaign budget that we cut back a little on, and pivoted the rest towards a new market segment. And this is a daily process for us… so it’s no new territory! Those who set and forget it though, waste big bucks! It’s one of the small (but significant) reasons that working with an outsourced digital #agency can be vitally effective for the bottom line of a company.

Working with Bayside has been great. They're an awesome established business that has ben operating for decades. They understand how to deliver outstanding customer service (which even I have experienced first hand!). In fact, #customerservice is something that can be hard to come by these days, amongst the demand for increased efficiencies. Those who fall to the trap, foregoing strong customer service in the search for increased profits, fail to build their brand for the long haul. Customer service is the connection between organisation and customer. If that connection (or rapport) is damaged, it turns the transaction purely into a commercial one, measured only by dollars. Brands that outlive others stand for more. It shouldn't always just be about price - because if it is, we've all seen the race to the bottom happen before. It never ends well (for the customer). Brands that leave customers with an outstanding experience that surrounds the purchase, will be thrusted well into the future with spoils to reap for many years to come. Shoutout to Bayside for being one of those companies. Well done to Shayne, Steve and the whole team.
