Have you ever found yourself feeling like something just wasn't clicking in your career?🤔 It's a common experience that I’ve seen many clients go through. Personally… I'm deeply committed to the idea of alignment. When our work, values, and purpose are in sync, magic happen🪄 One significant obstacle to achieving alignment is what’s known as “MISSION DRIFT.” This happens when factors like….. Prioritization of profits, Financial constraints, corporate bureaucracy, …… cause our work to stray from our core mission. Have you ever felt like your career was out of sync with your true purpose? DM me📲 to start a conversation about how we can realign your career with your passions and purpose. Because when you love what you do, work doesn't feel like work—it feels like fulfillment. 💼🌟

Better Business Booster #27: Be Willing to Travel Just to Break Bread with Potential Decision Makers. "Come to Indianapolis and we'll give you the grand tour, have lunch, and talk more about the job." Sold. In my recent job hunting experience, a whirlwind 1-day tour of a manufacturing plant included introductions to key decision-makers, including the President/CEO, Managing Partner and Division Teammates. The openness and immediate inclusion into the company culture made joining the team an easy and rewarding decision. Transparent processes and regular communication surpassed expectations set during virtual meetings. (During one zoom interview, I had to apologize for being dressed in a sports t-shirt (I was leading a kids' church camp and they made time for a call during a break) and I was told that what I was doing was "just as important for the kids as working with us.") Personal connections and face-to-face interactions can truly make a difference in career decisions. A friend who declined a similar opportunity in Phoenix due to "upfront cost considerations" remains unemployed. Sometimes, investing in opportunities, even if it involves travel expenses, can lead to significant gains in the long run. It's a reminder that taking calculated risks and prioritizing valuable experiences can open doors to new and fulfilling career paths. This is going to be an awesome ride! #CareerOpportunities #FaceToFaceInteractions #InvestInOpportunities #ProfessionalGrowth
