Well-positioned casual dining brands not holding back Recent years have been tough going for casual dining groups, but there are signs that ambition is returning to the market. That optimism was reflected when Peach 20/20 co-founder Peter Martin interviewed Robin Rowland OBE on stage at the ceda conference. The former YO! Sushi boss, who is now a partner at the TriSpan investment house, confirmed that the four UK restaurant brands he chairs - Mowgli Street Food, Rosa's Thai, Pho Restaurant and Thunderbird Fried Chicken - would between them see 20 new locations open this year.
