France's "Drive Like a Woman" Campaign: A Clever Challenge to Stereotypes France's road safety campaign urging people to "drive like a woman" is a creative way to tackle a serious issue. It flips the stereotype of women being bad drivers on its head, using statistics to show that men are actually responsible for a higher percentage of traffic accidents. This campaign highlights the importance of safe driving practices for everyone, regardless of gender. By encouraging men to adopt behaviors typically associated with women drivers, like caution and attentiveness, the campaign aims to make roads safer for all. This approach has sparked conversation and challenged assumptions about gender roles behind the wheel. It's a reminder that safe driving is about skill and responsibility, not masculinity. #roadsafety #safedriving

Proud to be a new member of the Women In Trucking Association! Approximately 47% of the trucking business workforce is women: 🔗 Roughly 8% are female truckers 🔗 23% of all carrier employees are women in management roles I've seen drivers who are single moms taking their child with them over the road cross-country! 🛣 I've seen women run trucking companies with commanding leadership in a traditionally male-dominated industry. 💎 A few years ago, I started to take notice of women sharing their unique stories, offering advice, and recommending specific products to help keep other women safe and thriving in the industry. For instance, many female truck drivers do not feel safe leaving their trucks at night, even at truck stops. They stock the cabs of their trucks with personal care items and small appliances, similar to an RV, so they can maintain their safety at night without ever leaving their truck. Can you imagine it being too unsafe to use the restroom at your job? Some of the women managing very successful trucking companies are belittled, disparaged, and disregarded simply because they're women. These women inspire me! 🤩 They’ve forged their own successful paths and are changing the face of the transportation industry. I'm looking forward to finding more ways to understand the unique challenges women in trucking face, and working with them to make progress in this industry. Wisdom isn’t taught, it’s shared. Let's do something great for women! 🌟 #WomenInTrucking #WomanOwnedBusiness #TruckingInsurance #ThankATrucker #NothingWithoutTrucking #BigTruckInsurance
