Thanks for the recommendation Peter - I have seen it before, but not yet picked it up. Would do so now. Should be quite interesting also for lawyers (as myself) working on a lot of PE transactions as we do not have a lot of insight what happens on an operational / financial / day-to-day governance level between management and the PE fund.
