While some reduction will be apparent in 90 days, the ultimate goal is to manage down the numbers to just 5 to 10% of the starting point. Depending on environmental conditions, an OvoControl program typically reduces the treated population by 50%, annually. In other words, OvoControl is not an overnight solution and takes some time. The good news is that you will not have the problem back again in a few weeks or months. With a low-cost maintenance program, the remaining pigeons will remain treated and will no longer represent the nuisance the original flock did.
