Label Padhega India: An initiative worth fighting for! With massive amounts of our foods adulterated, they have negligible or no nutrition left in them because of ultra-processing in order to increase their shelf life, make them look better with the use of artificial colors, make it cheaper with the use of artificial flavourings, essences and chemicals. It is not surprising that India has become the Cancer capital of the world! If we want to eat clean whole pure food, we need to know where is our food coming from, what nutrition does it hold, how is it made, how is it packaged. We need to question what's on our plate!
