When choosing suppliers we use companies who share principles and values like ours and it’s even better when they are also based in Lancashire 🌹 We’ve also designed a new label. Can anyone see what’s different and which word has been removed? I’ll give you a clue: starts with sustain and ends with able… Even though we operate in the sustainability space I believe that the word can be confusing and means lots of different things to consumers. Transparency is key and our next step is to phase this word out of our packaging and parts of our website. Sustainability should be normal and not a choice.

On World Creativity and Innovation Day, we took a moment to celebrate our journey in revolutionizing the packaging coating landscape with our BPA-free developments. 💡 - In May 2023, we introduced Accelshield™ 700 – our groundbreaking internal BPX-Ni coating designed specifically for can ends. This innovative coating is compatible with a wide range of beverages, including those with high acidity or requiring high-temperature sterilization processes like yoghurt drinks, milk, and coffee. - In November 2023, we proudly unveiled Accelstyle™️ 100 and 200, our external waterborne gloss and matte overprint varnishes (OPVs) for can bodies. Not only are these coatings free from bisphenols, but they also steer clear of styrene and PFAS, addressing additional environmental concerns.
