At Publicis Groupe Romania, nurturing the skills of future generations is something we truly care about. Last week, we kicked off the Creative module of the School of Big Ideas with an exciting networking event where eager participants connected with our team - going far beyond simple introductions! 🤩 Our colleagues shared inspiring stories, radiated positive energy, and offered valuable advice to the next wave of creatives. With 75 participants and 8 speakers (including our CEO - Teddy C. Dumitrescu, CTO - Anca Catarambol, former SOBI participants who are now juniors in ouragencies, and key leaders from copywriting, art direction, strategy, and client service), the event was full of insightful conversations, great vibes, and some amazing music courtesy of our own Răzvan Bucur. For eleven years, our colleagues at Starcom Romania have been surprising us with the InfluenceMe study - the first and only study of the communication industry in Romania documenting the evolution of influencer marketing from a holistic perspective. Based on a complex methodology, the study brings together both the quantitative perspective on the phenomenon and the qualitative refinement of observations with insight potential. One of the most interesting findings of this year's edition is that the number of campaigns with influencers is growing exponentially, but the indicators of awareness and effectiveness are decreasing.
