We are hiring for Human Resource and Admin Executive to work in our Kulai office. Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,000 per month. Location: Kulai. Regularly update both hard and soft copies to ensure accuracy. Recruitment and Onboarding: Streamline recruitment processes with tools like applicant tracking systems. Develop a comprehensive onboarding program to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture. Performance Management Support: Offer guidance to both employees and managers to facilitate constructive performance dialogues.
