Using AI to directly control and optimize physical infrastructure is a tall task — especially with respect to the mission-critical #datacenters that underpin our modern economy. One of the first things my co-founders and I did upon leaving #deepmind and #google was bringing on our former SRE colleagues (like Ricardo Amaro, the author of this post) to ensure that Phaidra was built from the ground up with security in mind. The SOC2 principles described here only scratch the surface of how we build trust with our data center customers (and often, their end customers). We're also ISO 27001 certified, GDPR certified, and conduct regular attack & penetration testing by 3rd party auditors. All of this is covered in detail in our Vanta trust reports, which we openly share with our enterprise customers. As the saying goes: "It takes years to build trust and seconds to lose it." We're humbled by the opportunity to work with many of the world's largest data center, district cooling, and pharmaceutical companies — and determined to keep earning their trust.
