Control Over Personal Impact: People are more receptive to innovations when they feel in control of how these changes affect their lives. For pharmaceutical companies, this means actively listening to concerns and being open to questions. Ensuring individuals feel empowered and informed will encourage acceptance and support for new pharmaceutical innovations. 4. Trust Increases in Industry Sectors: Trust has significantly increased across most industry sectors.
