Our partnership with PharmaLedger Association, will enable us to transform the healthcare ecosystem by making it more transparent, secure, trusted, and efficient. We have begun leveraging it by introducing electronic product information leaflets to replace physical ones and will soon enhance supply chain security by launching finished goods traceability in Asian markets. By doing so, patients will benefit from safer products, and the environment will benefit from reduced resource usage. How are you ensuring those patients that do not have a smartphone, or do not have the digital literacy skills required to access electronic product information, can get the information that they require? ePI is exclusive to some rather than inclusive to all - important you put safeguards in place to guarantee patient safety for all.

Nice to see Takeda is moving in the #eleaflet direction, it should give a strong signal to other pharma companies to move forward with this technology and start pilot projects to explore its possibilities.
