This is only about Josh Harris trying to maximize profits and raise the enterprise value of his asset for his private equity firm (Apollo) so that he can flip it. This has nothing to do with the players, the fans or the city of Phila. Remember, the guy also owns the Washington Commanders and NJ Devils. Don’t be fooled.

I’m confused what’s wrong with the Wells Fargo Center??? Why not just update that building. What a waste of tax payer dollars 🤦🏻♂️ but at least it’s staying in south Philly where they belong
