According to a recent study by the San Francisco Chronicle, grade inflation is becoming a growing concern in higher education. In fact, going back to 2007, only 20% of students received A's and B's. This raises important questions about the value and rigor of academic programs. As educators, it's our responsibility to ensure that grades reflect true achievement and mastery of subject matter. Grade inflation is one of the biggest issues in education, but hardly gets scrutinized. In the other hand , standardized test, which in most places don’t play any role in a student advancing to the next grade or graduating, continue to be the focus of criticism and debate.
