Aside from filing properly with an extreme executive summary argument on top of a more thorough "holy shit" argument attached to this filing, you need now tell each and every single Veterans Benefits Administration processor who touches the case through decision how to do their job... True story. This filing down range minutes ago. And why is this so important? Shitty processing shorted this most deserving #Veteran up to $219,000.00. And over the course of the last few years VA took funding and hired a small town of employees--none of whom received proper thorough training. Those employees are all leaving second signature review now. Over 30 years of war. 15 million Vets. And there's been over 1,000,000 PACT Act claims... This should make everyone sick. What a great way to concede ground to the Veteran in the "nonadversarial VA process" in PACT Act without actually giving anything away (or do so minimally or for most extreme and obvious cases), and then pass the buck to the next administration to deal with the true costs of compensation benefits. I see you. 😘 Wanna know why Vets seek out the claims sharks? Just a thought. My team of heroes help Veterans and their families fix shit VA screwed up and #claimsharks ignored or were too incompetent to work. “Instead of using all of the critical skill incentives to do this, VA inappropriately used the money to line the pockets of VA executives to the detriment of VA’s workforce and the veterans they serve.” This atrocity paints a clear picture of what veterans face with poor leadership in the VA. Instead of fighting to better the process to provide valid care for veterans, many VA leaders fight to reduce their job scope and shed responsibility and liability. From experience, there is zero accountability when it comes to the leadership. The "pass it on" mentality simply pushes problems back down to the problem and forces veterans to go away or start over. From a statistical standpoint, 10% of employees may be working against the goals and mission of any given organization. It is recommended by some of the best leaders from our time that removing that 10% of bad actors will improve the motivation and welfare of the rest of the workforce. Unfortunately, the VA has a much higher rate of bad actors, which undermines the morale of the employees who truly mean well and want to make the VA better. Now add a high percentage of deadweight VA leaders who are self-serving with zero accountability, and the employees lose all hope for an organization that can truly serve veterans. It's time to remove the politics and corruption out of the VA. It's time to make decisions on VA spending that are in the best interest of veterans and the Public, not to line pockets of corrupt contractors and politicians. It's time for real change, not fake change to garner votes for every presidential election. #VA #VBA #VHA #veteransaffairs #veterans #timeforchange #TimeForRealLeaders
