Globally, the issue of Access to Justice is so grave, (World Justice Project report mentions 5 billion people has unmet justice needs) it couldn't travel from Access to Justice to Quality of Justice. we engage in quantification of justice needs, where statistics of unmet justice needs in terms of access has been the area of concern. There have been deliberations on creating more robust structure and mechanism through special laws, specia provisions in laws, policies, schemes etc but we hardly talk about Quality of Justice. Qualitative analysis of Justice has still remained a distant phenomena. Justice as virtue has hardly been quanitified qualitatively. Now on the advent of the era of promotion of forensic science for "ease of doing justice", the idea of "Science Supporting Justice" assumes the center stage in the discourse of justice delivery system, more so with Criminal Justice. The idea of bringing science and technology in all possible areas in support of justice dispensation system gives rise to notion of 'Forensic Justice". It was so captivating reading the recent piece of research article by learned professor Prof. B B pande, where Prof. Pande draws the synergies between forensic science and criminal justice system, tracing the history, current issues and future roadmap. It was an honour when such senior professor recognize your efforts in this article.
