As a strategic advisor, I'm frequently asked about patient-first go-to-market strategies. The answer is simple: it all starts with defining WHO your patient is. Traditional approaches often confuse the label (who can get this drug) with strategic patient positioning (who should get this drug). By making a strategic choice within the label, you can create a patient-first strategy that prioritizes the needs of your patients.
