Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has just released its list of the Largest Staffing Firms in the United States, and we are thrilled to announce that we have secured the 75th position on the list. This report highlights 241 companies that generated at least $100 million in US staffing revenue in 2023, and we're proud to be a part of this group. In a market that's estimated at $145.2 billion, we've been able to make our mark and increase our position to 75th largest staffing firm in the USA. It's incredible to see that among the companies in this report, healthcare and IT temporary staffing were the most common primary revenue segments, with 29% of the total listed firms reporting each of these segments as their largest. An interesting watch on how micromanagement can creep in to an organisation, and why it's impacting productivity and employee engagement. I think there always needs to be a balance between trust and performance monitoring (accountability) that needs to be constantly reviewed and adjusted to be consistently effective. In my experience, micromanaging usually stems from a leader feeling like they have a lack of control without the confidence that things will get better if they stay on the current course. I think it's a default tool people use to make themselves feel like they're doing something rather than them actually having the desired long-term impact.
