September is Suicide Awareness and Prevention Month. It's crucial to check on your friends and family, offering grace and support when needed. Remember, not everyone carries their load the same; what's easy for some may be a struggle for others. Your challenges don't make you weak. Take it step by step, second by second if needed. Reach out if you need help; you matter! Honoring those lost to suicide, 700,000 annually, my friend races for Suicide Awareness in memory of his brother. Let's stand together to raise awareness and support those in need. #suicideawareness #youmatter #stay

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day🎗and to help spread awareness and change the narrative, I'm here to #StartTheConversation There is a lot of stigma around the word suicide, but there doesn't have to be, nor should there be. We all play a role in creating a safe space for open dialogue, spreading awareness, providing support, and educating others around us. Let's commit to being there for one another, listening without judgment, and fostering a community where seeking help is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness.
