Bike-riding resuming tips for this summer: 1. Be consistent! Be consistent! 2. Ride your bike 3-5 days a week. 3. Keep yourself hydrated (at least 3 extra cups of water daily) 4. Biking Schedule Week 1: half the distance of where you left off last year. Week 2: 3/4th the distance Week 3. 90%-100% of the distance Week 4: Push additional mile every week. 5. don't forget your stretches and resistance training for legs 3-5 times a week.
