We were joined by a group of leading CPOs from a diverse range of businesses who came together to discuss current challenges, opportunities and areas of focus for them, their Executive teams and functions. Some key themes emerged:     💡 The critical role CPOs play now more than ever in driving top team capability; ensuring leaders are equipped to tackle ever-shifting commercial challenges and are agile, resilient and responsive when the landscape changes. Also, in enabling and facilitating essential leadership changes, when new talent is required to shift the dial. 💡 Managing the complexities of intergenerational workforces, operating as the conduit between established leaders and generations beneath; where experiences, expectations and definitions of success are poles apart. 💡 The continued evolution of a CPO’s remit; broadening to include ESG, Legal, Property. Does this present an opportunity for HR leaders to broaden their influence and pave a progression pathway to GM or CEO positions?
