There are many ways to gain experience from volunteering at events to internships, but in my opinion, the best way is to join a crewing company. This allows you to work and connect with a wide range of people with different skill sets and will help you develop the essential skills you need to get started. ✨ The end of my 1st year internship at SIETE ALISIOS SL ! 🎉 After several intense and rewarding months of internship at SIETE ALISIOS SL travel agency, this experience is coming to an end, and it has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. 🌍 My main achievements : - Managing trip logistics: Coordinating transportation, accommodations and activities (surfing, yoga, dance) to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests. - Development of international partnerships: I had the opportunity to identify new partner agencies abroad, which expanded the agency's offering. - Event organization: Creating activities to make customers' stays even more memorable, with very positive feedback. - Improved customer satisfaction: My attention to detail and constant availability have helped strengthen customer loyalty and the agency's image. 🎯 What I learned: - Adaptability to unforeseen circumstances and cultural differences - Project management and team coordination - Intercultural communication skills I would like to thank the entire SIETE ALISIOS SL team, as well as my managers Laura and Martina Doová, for their trust and support throughout this adventure. This experience has reinforced my desire to continue evolving in dynamic environments, whether in sports events, tourism or international project management. 🔜 And now? I'm looking for a new internship opportunity to deepen my skills in sports and event project management.
