The Client The client have a responsibility of engaging the competent and right professionals to handle this project. Please do engage direct professional for your work. The second thing is after engaging the right professionals for clients at times after a gradual professionals, they tend to put so much pressure on the engineer or the contractor on site to reduce costs excessively. Of course we have what we call value engineering should be able to reduce the cost of construction, but to reduce cost excessively that should be avoided. And the third solution to issue building collapse in our country is integrity from the professionals. Are you an engineer? Are you a contractor? A builder? Are you an architect? Show a high level of professionalism. Don't try to cut corners because we want to make more money on site and then put it in the the life of people at risk because of money and they fought thing you must do to avoid video collapse that country is to make sure that. Artisans on site or skill laborers are supervised strictly and closely because and they don't understand engineering or construction. They're just they just coming to fix it together.
