Today, we announced that we have entered into a new partnership agreement to join Priority Health out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Through this transaction, Priority Health will acquire PHPNI by the end of 2024. Over time, this transaction will benefit members and clients with improved access to care, expanded product innovations, and cost savings for members of both plans. PHP team members participated in the United Way of Allen County Day of Caring on Friday. The crew spent the day painting, building, mulching, and cleaning Fort Wayne Police Department Safety Village. We are privileged to have the ability to use our time and resources to give back to area organizations in need of assistance to spruce up their space. #DayofCaring #UnitedWay
