As regulatory requirements in the health sector and pharmaceutical industry get stringent, young professionals are being challenged to take senior leadership roles. This being a good thing in ensuring technical suitability of professionals taking up jobs, it is also important to acknowledge that though competent technically, young professionals do not have the operational experience needed in such scenarios. It's important to challenge them to grow while also creating avenues for them to gain insights & experience while delivering results. Thank you Angela Gabriel and your contributors for these insights on the value of fractional leadership in life sciences.
