But when I talk about people, the people I live in, for me particularly is the fact that there are people involved in the government's production. There are. We need to make sure that those people are being looked after, that we're taking care of them. But actually that we as brands and retailers and sourcing businesses are making sure that our ask of our vendors is not putting the pressure on them for them to be pushed into that kind of unethical way of working. Particularly with the people I'll be putting, are we putting too many demands on them that they have to be, you know, putting overtime on it? We're asking them to be pushing their workers. Too hard. So there's people element that I really want to focus on and I'm going to cover a little bit of that today. And then the profit or performance, whichever way you, whichever way you want to look at it. But it's about everybody in our supply chain, all of our partners, making sure that they're all, as Terry said earlier on, everybody wins. Every, everybody needs to win in order for us to be reinvesting in the future of our the future of our manufacturing to be educating those people than their skill sets.
