💡Innovation is a journey: it means taking risks, making mistakes, learning, and constantly moving forward. This week, we took the first step on that journey with the 🌱 Metabolic Materiality course at UIC Barcelona School of Architecture, in collaboration with Picharchitects/Pich-Aguilera and Cemex. The kick-off took place at the CEMEX R&D Switzerland facilities, where 14 students and 3 professors delved into the latest innovations in the world of concrete, reflecting on its materiality from the past to the future. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the CEMEX team for their warm welcome and for sharing their invaluable knowledge with us over these days. Stay tuned to our networks! Esta semana hemos dado el primer paso en ese viaje con la asignatura 🌱 Metabolic Materiality en la UIC Barcelona School of Architecture, junto a Picharchitects/Pich-Aguilera y Cemex. El kick-off se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones de CEMEX R&D Switzerland, donde 14 estudiantes y 3 profesores nos adentramos en las últimas innovaciones en el mundo del concreto, reflexionando sobre su materialidad desde el pasado, al presente, hasta el futuro.
