10/365 What did I learn today? Another day of random learnings! I explored various topics—knowing your customers, public speaking, mentorship, and team mentoring—and one theme stood out: the power of asking questions. It appeared across all the articles I read, reinforcing how a well-timed question can unlock insights, spark interest, and engage an audience more effectively than multiple statements. Key takeaway: We’ve trivialized asking questions and glorified making powerful statements. Moving forward, I’ll practice asking more questions and using questions to state the obvious. Oh, and today’s most practical learning? How to disconnect a car battery—a lifesaver when your car alarm decides to serenade the neighborhood at 3 AM. #EverydayLearning
